This policy explains what personal data Haend FZ LLC("Haend Holding", "we", "us") collects through haendholding.com, why, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Licences and R&D engagements have their own confidentiality and data terms.
Who we are
Haend FZ LLC (Licence no. 2537716 · Meydan Free Zone, Dubai) is the controller of the personal data described here. You can contact us about privacy at corporate@haendholding.com or by post at 11th Floor, Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form: your name, email address, company name, the kind of enquiry, and anything you write in your message.
- When you contact us directly. If you email, phone or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your contact details and what you send.
- Usage data, only with your consent. If you accept analytics, we measure visits in aggregate: pages viewed, referring site, country, device and browser type. This does not identify you personally.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Why we use it, and our legal basis

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract:
- Vercel: hosts this website and, with your consent, provides privacy-focused visitor analytics.
- Resend: delivers the messages you send through our forms to our inbox.
- Microsoft: hosts our email.
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to message us there, under WhatsApp's own terms.
We may also share data if the law requires it, or with professional advisers under a duty of confidentiality.
International transfers
Some of these providers store or process data outside the UAE, including in the United States and the European Union. Where we do this, we rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses, so your data stays protected.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact with you.
- Analytics: aggregated only; nothing that identifies you is kept.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to: give you a copy of your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; move it to another provider; and withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what we did before. To use any of these rights, email corporate@haendholding.com. We reply within 30 days.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the UAE Data Office or, if you are in the UK or EU, to your local data protection authority.
